Callen-Lenz flight operations cover a broad range of activities, with this particular role sitting within the service delivery side of the company and will be part of a long-term partnership with a trusted customer. As the program training manager, you will be required to manage all aspects of UAS flight training, ensuring the highest standards of UAS operations are taught and maintained. Responsibilities Create content and schedule for the projects training program. Manage the training schedule ensuring all colleagues are trained in a timely manner in line with project requirements. Ensure training compliance is met at all times. Ensure training is regularly reviewed and updated as necessary. Maintain detailed records of training and ensure all UAS competencies are correct. Working closely with the wider flight operations team to ensure training for the program is aligned with wider business training standards. Regularly accessing the skills within the team and proposing any additional training requirements. Assisting in the development of operational processes and procedures. Assurance of quality in all aspects of operating activities. Working with key stakeholders internally and externally and representing the company appropriately at all times. Perform other related duties as required Health and Safety Demonstrating in daily activities a commitment to health and safety in the workplace by always ensuring tasks are performed in the safest possible manner. Reporting all hazards and incidents that the individual is party to, or observes, in the correct manner. When required or directed, participating in any health and safety training. About You Skills and competencies Essential Evidence of relevant UAS training experience. Experience in a similar role. Ability to create high quality and detailed documentation. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Experience working in an operational environment. Desirable Relevant experience of UAS deployed operations. Experience in creating training content and schedules from scratch.
