The Job Role
1. Sous Chef for a stunning state of the art head office in Birmingham
2. The Sous Chef will report to the Head Chef and support with catering for the staff restaurant and hospitality.
3. The Sous Chef will be comfortable deputising for the head chef and managing a friendly kitchen team of 5
4. The Sous Chef will support with ordering, stock taking and due diligence.
5. The Sous Chef will get excited about current food trends and street food concepts.
The Requirements
1. The successful applicant will be a proven and passionate Sous Chef.
2. An innovative and creative Sous Chef who can cook with fresh ingredients and create restaurant quality dishes from scratch.
3. Diligent allergen and H&S focused Sous Chef.
4. A team player who leads from the front.
