Location: AXA XL
Rate of pay: £43,000-£45,000 per annum + Amazing benefits
Working pattern: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week
Key responsibilities
* Assist in creating innovative and seasonally inspired menus that align with modern food trends and meet customer expectations in high-end dining or B&I settings
* Manage and mentor a team of 6 chefs, ensuring efficient kitchen operations, task delegation, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment
* Step up as Head Chef in their absence, taking full responsibility for kitchen operations, quality control, and customer satisfaction
* Maintain an organised kitchen by coordinating service flow, managing prep schedules, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards
* Source, handle, and prepare high-quality fresh ingredients while maintaining impeccable standards in food presentation and taste
* Confidently interact with customers, handling special requests, participating in tastings, and representing the kitchen in front-facing events
Previous experience working within a Corporate or B'n'I setting is essential
