Selling to the French market isn’t for everyone. But then again, you’re not everyone. You know how to take a lead and turn it into a deal. You understand what makes French customers tick, what gets them excited, and what keeps them coming back. You’re not here to send a few emails and hope for the best—you’re here to own the French market. With a steady stream of leads coming in and a strong support system behind you, all that’s missing is the right person to bring it all together. If that’s you, let’s talk. You’ll be responsible for driving 70% of total sales in France, with a target of 280 units per year. Marketing generates leads, test rides are handled by a local team, and there’s a showroom in Paris. Your job? Turning those warm leads into sales. The bonus structure is clear—hit your targets, and you could take home an extra £5,000-£8,000 a year. What you’ll be doing: Chasing up leads from marketing, test rides, and website enquiries. Owning the French sales pipeline and making sure no opportunity is missed. Working closely with the French GM to align on market strategy. Providing insights into what French customers need, want, and expect. Light operational tasks—tracking sales data and reporting on trends. What you bring: Native-level French. No exceptions—you’ll be selling, so you need to be fluent. Sales experience. Inside sales or a similar role would be ideal. A proactive mindset. Marketing brings in leads, but you’ll be expected to generate some of your own. The ability to work from Shoreditch three days a week. A collaborative approach. You’ll be working closely with teams in both the UK and France. There’s also an opportunity to get involved in marketing—especially when it comes to French copywriting. And in the interview process, there’ll be a quick written task to check your French skills (just a follow-up email, nothing major). The fine print: Monday to Friday, 9-5 (or 10-5 on Saturdays if needed). France is an hour ahead, so there’s some flexibility on start times. Clear career progression—this is a chance to own a market and grow with the company. If you’re looking for a role where you can really make an impact, this is it.
