Role: Customer Service
Rate: £11.44 per hour
Location: Dodworth
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 hours between 8-6 (flexible start time)

First Choice are actively recruiting a Customer Service Representative to join our reputable client to support their Fulfilment team.
Training will be provided.
Key accountabilities:
* Drawing drainage maps to a high standard for all Water Authorities.
* Managing and maintaining the workload via Office 365.
* Dealing with supplier and client queries via customer service support.
* Keying intertrade orders onto system.
* Quality check completed reports.
* Ensuring maps received back from other offices are accurate and correct before including them in report.
* Ensuring correct costings are on Swift when invoicing for maps and/or reports.
* Attend Yorkshire Water to copy and compile drainage maps to a high standard. (if applicable)
* Manage the panel of workload to required search agents.
