A very stylish Restaurant with Rooms is looking for an experienced Head chef with flair to join this well renowned venture.
They are looking for an enthusiastic Head chef with experience in all sections and running a busy kitchen. All dishes will be cooked to order from fresh in new local gastro offering small plates/dishes. This will suit an experienced Sous chef or existing Head chef looking to further their career.
You will be working in a brigade of up to 6. All is produced fresh in house and to a high standard.
Essential the Head chef has good fresh food experience whilst also at least a 2 years experience of working within a quality property. The Restaurant seats 50 covers but they look to turn tables
