You will be joining the customer service team and responsible for resolving customer complaints Taking all details of customer complaints and logging them onto the system Raising credits, arranging for replacement goods or parts to be sent Investigating the complaint by liaising with other departments such as warehouse, transport and sales to find the root cause of the complaint and stopping repeat complaints from happening. Liaising on a regular basis with the customer via telephone and email to keep them updated To be successful, you will have excellent communication skills - both verbal and written, have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and have an empathetic nature with customers.
