Entry Level - Sales Executive
The Company & Role:
A well-established company is expanding and seeking a dynamic Sales Executive. The role focuses on generating revenue from local businesses, with the opportunity for creativity and professional growth. Full training and monthly coaching sessions are provided.
Location: Aldershot (with one day out on meetings per month)
Hours: 38.75 hours per week (Monday-Friday, optional 1-day WFH after probation)
Salary: £30k inc Uncapped Commission
Sales Executive Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
* Win new business and maintain/develop existing relationships
* Make quality sales calls and schedule face-to-face meetings
* Build relationships with Marketing Managers and local business owners
* Actively participate in sales meetings and team activities
* Ensure smooth collaboration with internal departments and adhere to administrative procedures
* Represent the company professionally
Skills & Attributes:
* Highly motivated, proactive, and sales-driven
* Strong communication skills (telephone and face-to-face)
* Interest in media, marketing, and communications
* Confident, personable, and organised
* Able to excel in both generating new business opportunities and effectively managing client accounts.
* Sales experience preferred but not essential
