About the Opportunity; My client is looking to recruit a driven, creative Recruitment Manager to lead a small but passionate team, help design and embed smarter hiring processes, play a key role in implementing a new ATS, and bring fresh ideas to a business that are going through growth and transformation. The Recruitment Manager will build effective relationships with stakeholders to influence and support the long term recruitment initiatives within an industry that is experiencing skills shortages. The successful candidate will be focused on quality, with the credibility and people skills to build trust and win over the hearts and minds of stakeholders across the business. Key Responsibilities Include; Redesigning recruitment processes that support scalability, quality, and consistency across regional and head office roles Leading the implementation of a brand-new ATS, from selection to rollout and optimisation Managing and developing a small internal recruitment team, fostering a collaborative and agile working culture Partnering with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and design tailored hiring strategies Driving direct sourcing initiatives and creative attraction campaigns to bring in top-tier talent Helping build the company’s employer brand, ensuring a great candidate experience at every touchpoint Using data to drive smarter decisions and continuously improve performance Support the HR leadership team with ED&I and early years initiatives The ideal candidate with be able to demonstrate; A hands-on resilient Recruitment Manager with experience of leading teams ideally across fast paced commercial construction/manufacturing sectors Track record of setting up or transforming recruitment functions Strong project management skills — ideally including ATS implementation or optimisation Creative, pragmatic thinker with the ability to influence and engage across all levels Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment — with autonomy and purpose Summary; This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the heart of a business-wide transformation with real backing from leadership team and make your mark by implementing creative recruitment process’s that will make a huge impact on the business.
