Service Desk Administrator / AdvisorMelksham - Office BasedFull-time, Permanent£24,600 per annumAre you experienced in providing great customer service? Working as part of the internal and national team you will be responsible for assisting customers over the phone and by email.Main DutiesLog support ticketsOrdering partsArrange site visits for engineers to attendAssign engineers to ticketsArrange delivery of parts to customer sitesFollow up on support Tickets to ensure they are completed and closedSkills and ExperienceAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communications skillsGood IT skillsAbility to work as part of a teamSimilar previous experience is desirableHours: Monday to Friday on a 3 week shift pattern:08:00 am - 4:30 pm 1 week working from the office09:00 am - 5:30 pm 1 week working from the office11:30 am - 8:00 pm 1 week working from home or the officeCMD Recruitment acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment businesses for the supply of temporary workers.CMD Recruitment would like to thank you for applying for the above role.
