Key Responsibilities: As an integral part of the internal sales team, you will: Cold-call B2B prospects to generate new business opportunities for the External Field Sales Managers. Conduct high-volume cold calls, showcasing the benefits of the products and their relevance to prospective customers. Work towards monthly KPIs and objectives set by the manager. Maintain data accuracy by logging all calls on the CRM system. Produce quotes and orders when required and collaborate with the external team to secure deals. Self-source new leads through various channels. Stay GDPR-compliant and participate in training to support personal development. About You: To excel in this role, you will need: At least 12 months of sales experience, preferably in a phone-based, B2B environment. Proven experience in high-volume prospecting and achieving sales targets. Excellent communication skills with a persuasive telephone manner. A target-driven mindset and a passion for hitting goals. Proficiency in IT systems for logging calls, producing quotes, and updating records. Benefits: Salary: £26,500 basic OTE £40k uncapped.
