We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef for a great restaurant and brasserie near Maidstone Kent.
There will be a team of 8 chefs and restaurant space for 100 covers including a private dining room.
The menu will be seasonal modern European with a focus on seafood, pasta and grill. It will also have a traditional gastro pub feel on the weekends. This is a great opportunity to join a small group with an already successful second site.
As Sous chef we would like to see high volume brasserie, restaurant or gastro pub experience, longevity in roles and creativity with good technical skills.
