CUSTOMER SALES EXECUTIVE
Hours: 37.5 hours average per week
Shift pattern: 7.5 hour shifts between 08:00-20:00, with some weekend work.
Salary: £22,503 per annum (£11.54ph) plus up to 40% PRP bonus
Location: Hybrid or Remote (our office is based in Norwich)
All training can be remote.
Start Date: 06/01/2025 or 03/02/2025
You will need to be able to commit to 2 weeks training Monday to Friday 09:30 - 16:30
For this role, you need 5mbps upload and 15mbps download internet speed.

ABOUT YOU
You must possess a genuine desire to help the community, be empathetic and attentive to our customer’s needs.
You will be great at building instant rapport with potential new members and have great success with achieving and surpassing targets. You have a customer-centric mindset, are highly organised, and have a good level of education.
You will have at least two years experience in a call centre environment sales and have worked remotely before.
THE ROLE
Whatever is the opposite of a cold call, that's what we do.
You will be engaging with our members providing exceptional service and support, receiving enquiries and exploring additional requirements. The role requires giving our customer needs-based assessments to advise on the best possible alarm solution, taking inbound calls from new and existing customers, and making outbound follow-up lead calls. This requires working closely with all departments in C365 while ensuring that quality and accuracy is maintained throughout.
On a day-to-day basis you will be:
* Managing and converting lead generated inbound and outbound calls.
* Being a product expert and brand ambassador, signposting customers to their personalised sales solutions.
* Meeting and exceeding personal and team targets.
* Up-selling additional products and services.
* Existing customer engagement and service management.
* Being a role model within the team & showcasing the five Appello values.
* Actively looking at new ways to improve customer journey.
