As a Junior Sous Chef you will be given the opportunity to continue developing your management skills, assisting the Sous and Head Chefs with kitchen management and running the pass in absence of senior chefs. You’ll have the opportunity to coach and mentor junior chefs and impart knowledge on them that you wish you had at an earlier stage in your career to improve the team performance and help build a fantastic kitchen team.
What’s involved?
As a Junior Sous Chef you will play a crucial role in the kitchen management team, supporting the senior chefs in the day-to-day kitchen operations. You will be able to display your passion for creating exceptional food, using locally sourced, fresh ingredients to produce and deliver an exceptional dining experience for your guests.
We will also consider a Chef de Partie for this position.
