Job Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and grow business through consultative selling.
2. Successfully develop new business from the initial cold call through to building long-term relationships.
3. Effectively communicate with all sizes of business, from SMEs to multinationals, and deal face-to-face with all types of customers in various industries.
4. Engage in solution selling.
5. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand the competition.
6. Generate new business and work with existing customers.
7. Cold call and create a database of potential clients.
8. Liaise with customers to ensure their expectations are fulfilled.
9. Collaborate with different departments – technical, design, marketing, costing, installation, and aftersales.
10. Build close relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
