This role is not for you if...
* You are currently managing, leading or overseeing a team of Talent Acquisition Managers at a corporate or global level. We are a lean team, and this role will not include managing other recruiters, either in the short or medium term. We are specifically looking for a hands-on recruiter capable of managing multiple recruitment processes end-to-end simultaneously.
* You have no prior experience in Production / Media / Digital -related roles, whether in sports or other industries. Our environment requires a solid understanding of production operations to effectively source and assess candidates.
* This role is not for you if...You are primarily focused on recruitment strategy and policy-making. This position is designed for an experienced recruiter who is still actively involved in day-to-day recruitment operations, from sourcing to hiring, rather than someone in a strategic leadership role.
Your Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
* Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract industry-leading talent
* Leverage our ATS system to create efficient, data-driven recruitment processes
Candidate Experience Excellence
* Create an engaging recruitment journey that reflects our company culture
* Implement and manage feedback systems to continuously improve our hiring process
* Ensure a professional and responsive communication flow with all candidates
Internal Partnership
* Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical and cultural requirements
* Develop comprehensive job descriptions and evaluation criteria
* Train and guide team members in recruitment best practices

Is it really for me?
Essential Experience
* You have experience in recruiting Production / Media / Digital functions
* 5+ years in talent acquisition you are used do driving multiple recruitments simultaneously
* Proven track record of successful hiring campaigns in fast-paced environments
* Experience with international recruitments
Key Skills
* Data driven: you are familiar with presenting key hiring metrics and pipeline reporting
* Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
* Proven ability to design and implement recruitment processes
* French is a plus as most of our team are France-based
