Description
The key responsibilities:
1. Provide relevant candidate market insight
2. Oversee the development of LinkedIn as a candidate attraction tool and encourage business wide participation in supporting candidate attraction
3. Deploy candidate attraction strategies to deliver a diverse range of quality candidates
4. Build pools of potential candidates for future roles from a variety of sources
5. Devise an efficient process that provides high quality candidates for leaders and an outstanding candidate journey for both successful and unsuccessful candidates
6. Support the onboarding of new hires by ensuring induction plans and goals are set for new hires.
7. Support new hires in settling into their roles and obtain feedback on their experience as new colleagues.
8. Support the succession planning process, and ensure gaps are considered in future hiring activity and help business leaders identify other opportunities to bridge the gaps.
