What are we looking for in the successful Sous Chef?
* Previous experience in a leadership role within a busy fresh food kitchen - this could be as sous or head chef - this does not suit a CDP stepping up
* A positive 'can-do' attitude coupled with drive and enthusiasm to be the best you can be
* A passion for food and cooking that is infectious, inspiring others to improve
