You will be joining a department of 4, and an overall number of around 30 employees. To be considered for the role you will need a strong background in Sales, which will have included proactive outbound sales calls and account management (the full 360 sales cycle). A salary of £30,000 is on offer with expected annual earnings of £45,000, although commission is uncapped. On-boarding new sub-brokers onto the existing lead generation plan, giving support and training as needed to help them introduce energy sales to their customer base. Signing up new customers (end users) using targeted leads, lead generation method and own initiatives, on an array of different energy services. Monitoring and assisting with important sales directly and through sub-brokers to improve success rates. Account managing acquired sub-brokers, seeking to maintain and improve their sales figures.
