We are looking for an experienced Head Chef for an amazing gastro pub in North London.
Focusing on Mediterranean and British influenced food with a big focus on hyper seasonal, sustainable, low waste organic dishes.
You will be managing a team of 8 chefs in a small but perfectly workable kitchen.
You should have experience as a Head Chef in a fresh food lead gastro pub or restaurant with quality at the core. A genuine passion for organic ingredients is essential.
Working 5 days a week on a 48-hour contract, the restaurant closes every Sunday evening and Monday, and no late nights as the kitchen closes by 9.30pm
