The Australian Institute of Management is seeking a Learning Designer to join our team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating engaging and effective learning experiences with Power BI. You will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality corporate training materials that empower learners to maximize their productivity and skills.
Responsibilities:
* Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including course outlines, workbooks, and a facilitator guide.
* Create engaging and interactive training materials, such as hands-on exercises and simulations, job aids, and reference materials.
* Apply proven instructional design principles and methodologies, such as ADDIE, to ensure effective learning experiences.
* Create training suitable for virtual and face-to-face modalities.
* Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in Microsoft’s Power BI and instructional design.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in instructional design and development with Power BI.
* Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design theories.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Passion for learning and a commitment to continuous improvement.
