Job Description
We are currently looking for a JNR Sous Chef for a well-known restaurant based on the outskirts of Colchester.
This would suit a confident Chef de Partie who is looking to take their skill set to the next level.
Training will be provided from the Head Chef / SNR Sous Chef.
The restaurant has an excellent reputation for their fine food and service. The restaurant is well regarded for their seasonal and locally sourced produce. They have a highly regarded menu, which is accompanied by a regularly changing specials board.

Salary: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
