Job Description
Blue Arrow has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Chef De Partie/ Junior Sous Chef to join the team within a popular venue 1 hour outside of Glasgow.
We are looking for a talented and passionate chef that is comfortable in all types of kitchens as this client has many kitchens within the venue.
Your specific duties would include:
* Be comfortable cooking variety of styles of food for the residential guests, weddings and high end dinners.
* Ability to work in a team and on their own.
* Cleanliness and maintenance of the kitchen
* Assisting with Menu planning and cost controlling purchasing
* Place orders
* Ability to run a dinner service up to 40 people on you own
You must be able to drive and have access to own car due to location and must be personable and able to chat with many types of customers.
