Venn Group are currently recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst to be based in Elland near Halifax.
This role is fully on-site Monday-Friday.
The contract is initially for 3 months.
Responsibilities:
* Have a confident telephone manner.
* Have an interest in the IT Sector.
* Be able to provide first line IT support to users.
* Escalate issues when they cannot be resolved initially.
* Document all calls, issues and resolutions received by the Service Desk.
Previous IT experience is advantageous but not essential.
