What’s involved?
We are looking for a confident sous chef to join a truly unique restaurant based on an airfield in Salisbury. Supporting the head chef and helping lead the junior members of the team, you will be tasked with delivering a one-of-a-kind menu, all cooked on our client's new J&R Oyler 1300e smoker, the first of its kind in the UK and second in Europe.
The ideal candidate for this role would have previous sous chef experience, great attention to detail, a team player mindset, and a systematic approach with a mature and positive attitude. Ideally, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years at this level and should be able to drive.
