The key responsibilities of this post are the following:
1. Produce user guides for the new Housing management system specific to each module and business area tailored for SBC business processes and solution design.
2. Set out a Train the Trainer approach.
3. Coordinate the training across the business teams.
4. Deliver the training on the new system.
Extensive knowledge of NEC Housing modules is required, along with experience in undertaking the responsibilities listed above within a housing organization.
