We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Redbridge to assist with the appointment of a Service Desk Analyst - IT, on a 1.5-month contract, highly likely to be extended at client’s discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: £18.94 - £23.94 per Hour
Responsibilities:
* Ensuring effective IT services are delivered to all council users, internal and external.
* The role holder will prioritise workload to ensure that the overall objectives of the service are achieved before those of any individual.
* A large part of the role is desk-based with shared responsibility for providing continuous cover for the service.
* Part of the role will involve working with customers on the telephone and face-to-face with walk-in queries, resolving tickets on Service Now within the agreed SLAs, building and profiling laptops, and setting up new mobiles.
