* Executive-level negotiation skills: The ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with senior-level decision-makers.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills: A confident and articulate communicator with excellent presentation abilities.
* Detail orientation and follow-through: A meticulous approach to work, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
* Ability to handle multiple priorities: The capacity to manage a demanding workload and prioritize tasks effectively.
* IT recruitment expertise: A deep understanding of the IT recruitment landscape, including industry trends, technologies, and talent needs.
* Team Leadership: Managed a team of consultants, set KPIs, 1-2-1s, and onboarded and developed staff.
