What does work as a Sous Chef look like: Kitchen Maestro: You will be passionate and help us deliver and create exceptional food experiences by bringing new ideas to help us improve and work collaboratively with our Head Chef and Food & Beverage Manager to deliver exceptional guest experience. Team Player: You will be a vital part of the team and contribute to the creation and execution of exceptional food for our guests. Teamwork plays an important role in our success and helps us achieve our goal of making everyday experiences special. Leadership: You will support the Head Chef in managing the daily operation of our kitchen team. You will lead by example and inspire the team to deliver exceptional quality food, including events at the restaurant, bar, room service, and events.
