Cyber Security Sales Executive
As a Cyber Security Sales Executive, you will be at the helm of expanding the Cyber Security & Managed IT Services division. This pivotal role demands a proactive and results-oriented individual with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity. Your primary responsibilities will encompass managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring that new business avenues are identified and secured effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively identify and pursue new business through canvassing, cold calling, social media, and other marketing activities.
Oversee the entire sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a smooth transition to the service delivery team.
Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective clients, understanding their unique needs and positioning services as optimal solutions.
Stay informed of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to shape strategic sales approaches and identify emerging opportunities.
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and service delivery, to align efforts and exceed client expectations.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts using the CRM system.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years in a sales role within the IT services sector, particularly focusing on Cyber Security & Managed Services.
Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, capable of presenting complex information clearly and persuasively.
Solid understanding of cyber security products and services as well as managed IT services with the ability to convey technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
