We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join a contract catering site in Central London.
Salary: £40,000 per year
Work Schedule: 5 days out of 7
Sous Chef Duties:
1. Overseeing kitchen operations
2. Leading and managing junior kitchen staff
3. Ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation
4. Collaborating with the Head Chef to create menus
5. Maintaining kitchen efficiency
6. Upholding food safety standards
This position will work for a staff canteen in a well-known shopping centre in Central London and will lead a brigade of 10 under the Head Chef.
