As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in delivering contract revenues as outlined in the company’s business plan. You will be responsible for self-generating and managing a robust pipeline to drive new business sales, ensuring an accurate forecast, and successfully closing high-value deals at board level.
Your expertise in software solutions, particularly within the Payroll and Human Resources market, will be essential in understanding customer needs and positioning our offerings effectively. You will have the autonomy to create and shape opportunities with new name prospects, leveraging your industry knowledge and consultative approach.

What You’ll Bring
* A proven track record in application, solution, and service sales within the Payroll and HR market.
* Experience selling into Public Sector organisations, including Higher Education, Local Authorities, and Central Government.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at board level.
* A commercially astute, polished approach with excellent attention to detail.
* The ability to self-generate and manage a pipeline with enough coverage to deliver business plan targets.
* A consultative sales approach, focusing on value-based solutions for new name prospects.
* Experience with CRM systems for prospect management and pipeline tracking.
