Specialising in air conditioning products, they have a strong market presence globally turning over £5 Billion a year. They have 6 offices in the UK, this role will be based out of their Bradley Stoke office in Bristol.
Job Description
* Provide excellent customer service and support
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints
* Assist with product information and advice
* Resolve issues promptly and professionally
* Coordinate with other departments for customer service delivery
* Maintain customer records and databases
* Participate in team meetings and training
* Adhere to company policies and protocols
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Support representative should have:
* Relevant educational qualifications
* Experience in customer service or sales role
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a team and independently
