Responsibilities within your new role as a Sous Chef
In this role you will assist the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations, including creating seasonal menus and daily specials. This position involves training and developing junior chefs, working with fresh, field-to-fork ingredients, and ensuring full compliance with EHO, COSHH, and HACCP guidelines.
Your experience, qualifications and personality
We’re seeking a passionate, team-oriented leader ready to join an award-winning kitchen. Ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality, with remote-living experience being a plus, though not required.
