You’ll take charge of designing, delivering, and enhancing a range of impactful training programmes, from engaging inductions to essential management skills training. Your expertise in creating meaningful learning interventions, delivered through a variety of methods, will help our teams excel. What you’ll do • Conduct training needs analyses to identify and address gaps across the organisation, ensuring compliance with standards and aligning with best practices. • Lead our performance review cycle, career development initiatives, and coaching programmes to nurture and retain our talented workforce. • Manage all compliance-related training, collaborating with internal trainers and stakeholders to maintain our high standards. • Oversee our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate records and performance monitoring to support continuous improvement. • Develop and manage our Apprenticeship Levy account, building relationships with training providers to maximise opportunities. • Work closely with the Head of Learning and Development and HR Director to support franchise obligations and key HR processes. Key responsibilities include • Designing, delivering, and evaluating learning and development plans aligned with our business strategy and future capability needs. • Designing and developing engaging eLearning content using tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, and Storyline to support training initiatives and meet organisational needs • Embedding our values and behaviours into all learning and development activities. • Creating and delivering engaging induction programmes for colleagues at all levels. • Managing the performance appraisal lifecycle to develop succession plans for key roles and individual development needs. • Ensuring e-learning modules are relevant, up-to-date, and effectively utilised. What you bring • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and operational team members. • Experience with LMS management, including data entry and reporting. • A proven track record of designing, developing, and delivering effective training programmes, with experience managing third-party suppliers. • A relevant training qualification or equivalent experience. • Experience with eLearning creation tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, and Storyline, with the ability to design engaging and effective digital learning content. • Demonstrated ability to identify learning needs and create plans that align with business goals. • CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Learning & Development (or equivalent) is preferred, but not essential for candidates with strong experience. • A commercial mindset to evaluate and measure the impact of training initiatives. • A coaching qualification and/or experience in regulatory environments is a bonus but not required.
