As my client moves in to the second phase of our exciting journey at a brand-new restaurant within a fabulous live performance venue, and we're looking for a passionate, creative Sous Chef to join our growing kitchen team.
This one-of-a-kind venue serves venue staff, public visitors, and guests attending incredible live shows – and the food needs to be just as memorable.
Our kitchen is focused on fresh, seasonal food – from flavour-packed mains to top-notch bar snacks – all made from scratch with love and quality ingredients.
We're looking for a sous chef with a strong background in fresh food-focused restaurants, who's ready to bring ideas, energy, and great technique to the team.
As Sous Chef, you'll work closely with our Head Chef and get hands-on with:
Fermenting & Pickling
Seasonal menu creation & service
? Running a fast-paced, creative kitchen
You'll also get the chance to support our on-site baker – so if you've got a love of baking, even better! From fluffy brioche buns and focaccia to sweet treats for breakfast and brunch, there's always something delicious coming out of the oven.
