I am currently recruiting for a newly opened rosetted gastropub,looking for a talented and experienced Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef to back up their brigade as 2ic for their newly reopened and refurbished 60cv gastropub with additional 50cv in the garden, located just outside Salisbury, within easy commute from East Dorset, Bournemouth and Southampton and within easy walking distance of Salisbury train station and connecting bus routes.
The successful Sous Chef, Jnr Sous or Snr Chef de Partie will have excellent 1-2AA rosette level experience at Jnr / Sous level for 2yrs+ cooking with fresh produce in hotels or restaurants or 3/4* hotel dining operations within a midsize kitchen team.
In this instance, applicants MUST have full eligibility to live and work in the UK.
