We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Drama Teacher to join our vibrant Performing Arts department at a leading independent school. * Organise and direct school productions, encouraging students to explore their theatrical abilities.
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to help them develop their confidence and technique.
* Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment where all students feel encouraged to express themselves.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the Drama curriculum and maintain high standards in Performing Arts.
* Lead or contribute to extracurricular activities, such as drama clubs, workshops, and theatre trips.

About You
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* A degree in Drama, Theatre Studies, or a related subject.
* A formal teaching qualification with QTS (PGCE or equivalent).
* Experience teaching Drama across KS3 to KS5, with a passion for engaging students in the creative arts.
* Strong communication, organisational, and directing skills.
