Adecco specialist property services division north is delighted to be partnering with an amazing Housing provider on recruiting for permanent Sales Executive - new homes, based in the northeast.
Purpose
As a Sales Executive, you will be expected to provide a professional customer-centric service to prospective and ongoing purchasers and achieve sales and financial targets on allocated developments - dealing with the day-to-day running of the sales centre, and development, winning prospective customers, maintaining good relationships with ongoing customers and business partners.
Duties
1. Manage your new build development and be held responsible for the sales performance on site, including maximising profit across sales and extras and exceeding targets put in place by the Sales Manager.
2. Regular contact should be maintained with purchasers on all aspects of the reservation, build process and legal progression through to exchange of contracts within an agreed timescale and handover of the property.
3. Be focused on delivering exceptional customer service and assistance throughout the journey to achieve highly satisfied customers evidenced via the NHBC Survey.
4. Proactively chase and create sales, whether it be face to face, over the telephone, or via Teams, and maintain a healthy future database.
5. Knowledge of working drawings and new build processes including targeted legal timescales are an integral part of the Welcome Meeting which Sales Executives provide to customers.
6. Be an ambassador for Gentoo. Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion; lead by example in your actions and demonstrate our values.
7. Carry out market research on both new build competitors and second-hand markets within a specified radius of the site.
8. Adhere to all Health and Safety standards, requirements, and procedures in relation to yourself, customers, and the development.
Working Hours
Thursday: 9.30 am - 6 pm
Friday: 10 am - 5.30 pm
Saturday: 10 am - 5.30 pm
Sunday: 10 am - 5.30 pm
Monday: 10 am - 5.30 pm
Candidate Requirements
1. Experience of working in a fast-paced sales environment, preferably in House Building / Private Sector.
2. Knowledge and experience of working with Conveyancing Solicitors and Financial Advisors.
3. Essential you hold a valid UK driving licence and access to a car.
4. Demonstrable experience working in a fast-paced housebuilder sales environment and selling new homes.
5. Exceptional customer service skills, sales excellence, and negotiation skills.
6. The ability to work the advertised hours which include weekends.
7. Able to manage multiple customers and meet conflicting demands whilst maintaining high quality of work.
8. IT literate, experience using Microsoft Office package and Salesforce (desirable).
9. Minimum of GCSE.

1. £31,776 + Commission.
