Location: Olney, Buckinghamshire (minimum 2 days a week) Full-time, permanent Circa £40,000 base salary | £60,000 OTE benefits We’re working with a well-funded, fast-growing finance business based in Olney, Buckinghamshire – and they’re now looking to hire a commercially minded Marketing & Sales Executive to help drive their next stage of growth. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone with experience across B2B marketing, lead generation and business development – particularly within financial services or other regulated industries. You’ll be working closely with the senior leadership team to shape campaigns, build relationships with potential customers, and generate high-quality leads that convert. You’ll need to be just as comfortable picking up the phone as you are writing email campaigns or social media content. What you’ll be doing: Creating and executing multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns (email, social, digital, print, events) Generating, qualifying, and nurturing new business leads across our core sector Supporting outbound sales efforts through research, prospecting, and initial outreach Developing content and marketing materials to support the sales process (brochures, decks, case studies etc.) Managing and updating CRM tools and marketing automation platforms Reporting on campaign performance and using data to refine future activity Collaborating with the senior team to shape sales messaging, branding, and go-to-market strategy We’re looking for someone who: Has 5 years’ experience in a B2B marketing, sales, or commercial role Has experience planning and delivering marketing campaigns with measurable results Is confident with outbound prospecting – email, phone, social outreach and events Is a strong communicator – written and verbal – and able to adapt messaging for different audiences Understands the importance of accurate data in CRM and marketing systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp or similar) Is proactive, commercially astute, and keen to make a visible impact in a growing company If you have an interest in the agriculture industry then that would be a significant benefit.
