A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sous Chef to join a well-established restaurant.
This role offers excellent benefits and a salary of £17 per hour working 5 days per week (9 hours per day).
As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef in delivering exceptional dishes to the highest standards.
What we are looking for:
1. Previously worked as a Sous Chef, Deputy Chef, Second Chef, Senior Chef, Senior Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
2. Experience in a quality restaurant focusing on fresh produce.
3. Passion for food.
4. Capable of preparing all food fresh on-site, including breads and pastries.
Shifts:
1. Morning: 7:30am - 1:00pm
2. Evening: 5:00pm - 9:30pm
