Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated B2B Sales Executive to drive growth across tender contracts, corporate procurement, and direct sales to end-users. The ideal candidate will have experience navigating tender processes and converting large accounts, particularly in sectors with strict safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and respond to public and private sector tender opportunities for PPE and safety products.
2. Develop and manage relationships with end-user clients, including procurement teams, site managers, and safety officers.
3. Work closely with internal teams to prepare proposals, pricing structures, and product bundles tailored to client needs.
4. Maintain a deep understanding of the PPE product range, compliance standards, and industry trends.
5. Represent Safety Plus in meetings, site visits, online demos, and procurement reviews.
6. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
7. Maintain CRM records and report on sales activity and pipeline performance.
Minimum Requirements:
1. B2B sales experience in PPE, safety workwear, or industrial procurement.
2. Proven track record in handling tenders, frameworks, or large contracts.
3. Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for proposals and presentations.
5. Self-motivated, organised, and proactive in generating leads and closing deals.
6. Familiarity with safety standards and HSE compliance (an advantage).
7. UK driving licence (if travel is required).
