Purpose of the Job Reporting to the National Account manager. This role will be sales focused and highly driven to achieve and exceed personal and Regional House Builder related targets, in a way that constantly improves Keylite’s market position in line with overall business strategy. This will include approaching prospective customers, winning new clients, maintaining good relationships with businesses and growing the existing regional accounts. Key Responsibilities/Duties: Negotiates terms and agreements of our products (in person and on line) to Regional House Builders. Maintaining key accounts with potential to grow the accounts in line with market and business changes. Create and manage the business as an account when this is set up with regular communication to understand their needs and obtain feedback. Promote a positive image of Keylite in the market place and internally, act as a "best example" to colleagues at all times. Protect and improve margins as reported within PowerBI, whilst also demonstrating and maintaining a customer service culture. Demonstrate values and behaviours in line with the Keylite expectations below. This role may require regular customer visits, driving and overnights stays. Work with Group Technical Support functions to ensure that Keylite quotes are to specification Identify opportunities for increasing sales with existing Regional House Builder customers. Ensure that SOP’s, price/terms files and other ad hoc duties are completed to a high standard and trained/available in the necessary locations/ systems Reconcile pricing and order queries to ensure they are rectified quickly and correctly Instill and maintain a customer service culture where the customer always comes first. This includes a customer service culture for our internal and external customers. Manage opportunities within Keylink to increase sales revenue and win ratios. As the company expands and due to ongoing changes in market conditions and the business environment, it is a requirement of the position to undertake any other reasonable task related to the position you hold. Skills & Experience: Minimum 3 year’s experience in a sales role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to influence and ability to develop long-term relationships with both customers and colleagues Sales and performance target-oriented; self-motivated, dynamic and driven Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have a successful track record of account management Confident at working independently with the skills to work under your own initiative A UK driving licence is essential, as the role requires extensive travel Good organisational and time management skills ensuring accurate recording of activities on CRM system. Confident user of Microsoft Office products.
