A multi outlet prestigious golf club that offers fresh seasonal menus using locally sourced produce is recruiting a Senior Sous Chef. The facilities at the golf club provide meals for members in a variety of outlets including daytime snacks, formal members dinners, to volume golfing events. The golf club is especially busy during the golf peak season in the summer months but is used throughout the year as it is a popular wedding and events venue. As Senior Sous Chef, you will be working in a team of 5 supporting the Head Chef and monitoring the junior chefs in a fast-paced environment. This role offers good working hours to ensure a work-life balance is achieved for the team in the kitchen.
Requirements:
This role of Senior Sous Chef would suit a driven Sous Chef who has previous experience working in fast-paced fresh food kitchens. Knowledge of kitchen paperwork is essential to assist the Head Chef to comply with kitchen legislation.
