We are seeking a confident and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and presentation skills, enabling them to build rapport and provide an excellent customer experience. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, utilising tools such as our CRM system and telemarketing strategies to drive business growth.

Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to expand the customer base.
2. Utilise our CRM system for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and reporting on sales performance.
3. Present our software via online meetings to key decision makers.
4. Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and promote products or services.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional efforts.
6. Attend industry events and networking opportunities to represent the company and build brand awareness.
7. Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Experience
1. Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a relevant industry.
2. Knowledge of the care sector.
3. Strong telemarketing skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
4. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
5. A solid understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
