HEAD CHEF - Relocate to Europe - French Brasserie
Fed up working in the UK and would like to relocate to Europe?

EU passport holder is desirable but not essential as working Visa is available

We are looking for a talented and creative Head Chef to join the kitchen team and work in their newest French brasserie restaurant offering a classical menu.
Sous chef also required
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of French dishes working closely with the Group Executive Chef
Create innovative and exciting new dishes to add to the menu, ensuring they are in line with the restaurant's high standards.
Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring all food is prepared to the highest quality and within health and safety regulations.
Work closely with the kitchen team to manage inventory, stock levels, and minimise food waste.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring all equipment and utensils are properly used and maintained.
Stay up-to-date with culinary trends and introduce new ideas to enhance the customer dining experience.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Head or Sous chef Chef, with a strong understanding of French cuisine
Ability to create high-quality dishes with attention to presentation and detail.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety regulations and food costings/GP and ordering
