We are currently looking for a Sales Executive to help generate leads and expand our business and help us grow as a company. As a Sales Executive, you will cover all the key objectives and requirements to achieve individual and team targets for the year and ensure that you hit sales targets and deliver results for the project.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Pursuing sales leads and exploring dormant accounts, developing strong new business relationships.
2. Carrying out market research on potential clients to drive new business.
3. Negotiating and closing deals, using the full range of sales techniques.
4. Meeting the sales and financial targets.
5. Ensuring online platforms are updated regularly.
6. Creating and organizing a lead pool of new prospects for different projects.
7. Engaging decision makers (typically CEOs, MDs, or Division Heads) using email, phone, and LinkedIn.
8. Continually generating ideas to improve the production process and help build the business unit.
9. Developing account management skills with a view to manage clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and develop repeat business with them on an ongoing basis in the future.
Profile:
The ideal Sales Executive candidate will have:
1. Solid and successful experience in similar lead Sales or Business Development roles.
2. Evidence of previous sales knowledge within a customer service environment.
3. Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and an organized approach with an outgoing, approachable personality.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to develop effective relationships at all levels.
5. Proven experience in a sales-oriented environment, with experience of working to and achieving set targets.
6. Extensive knowledge of online platforms/social media.
7. A willingness to make a high volume of calls per day to seek new customers and chase any inquiry to fruition.
8. Experience in attending face-to-face meetings where necessary to build and maintain new relationships with customers.
9. Preparedness to prepare tender documents to present to the company.
