Responsibilities:
Call and maintain a diary of pubs/licensees to process their drinks orders.
Sell key brands into our pubs to ensure the best product range for customers.
Drive licensee engagement with our online ordering platform.
Handle incoming calls and digital communications from licensees, colleagues, and suppliers.
Provide a friendly and professional front-line contact service.
Manage tasks related to the drinks supply service.
