Hotel Co 51 UK is seeking a talented Group Sales Executive to join our team. You'll play a pivotal role in securing group bookings and maximising revenue for a selection of exciting Moxy and other Marriott branded hotels across Europe.
What you'll do:
• Manage incoming group enquiries for our group of hotels, ensuring excellent customer service and exceeding expectations.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to optimise revenue for our hotels.
• Oversee the entire group booking process, from initial contact through to contract finalisation and execution.
• Maintain meticulous records, including contracts, invoices, rooming lists, and other essential documentation.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Leverage your knowledge of the group sales process and Moxy brand identity to secure the best possible deals for each property.
• Ensure accurate and timely information is communicated to our hotels, adhering to company standards.
What you'll bring:
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales and marketing, guest services, or related hospitality role.
• A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a relevant field is a plus, but not essential.
• Fluency in English is a must. Additional European languages (French, German, Italian) are a significant advantage.
• A strong understanding of the group sales process and hotel operations, particularly within the Moxy and other Marriott brands.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for exceeding expectations and achieving results.
• A team player with a go-getter attitude.
• Prior experience with booking and managing meetings & events is highly desirable.
