Responsibilities
PEOPLE
· Proactively recruit an exceptional team in line with MAB Code behaviours
· Provide direction and guidance when on shift to support team to deliver exceptional service and the brand offer
· Coach the team
· Support the team to complete their training and learning journeys
· Complete development catch ups with all team members and deliver the Big Stretch
· Ensure relevant information is cascaded to kitchen team
· Train, support and coach the kitchen team to aid internal succession
PROFITS
· Maintain accurate food stock controls, including ordering in-line with sales, delivery checks, accurate counting & effective wastage management procedures
· Manage labour effectively to ensure team members are deployed at the correct times for trading levels
· Effectively manage utility, equipment and consumables costs in line with financial targets
GUESTS
· Always deliver excellent guest service
· Value guests by engaging with them and encouraging them to revisit
· Review and action guest feedback to improve business reputation
· Work collaboratively to deal with guest queries and complaints so that they are resolved in a fast and professional manner
PRACTICES
· To ensure the business is operated in a safe and legal way at all times, complying to Licensing and Food Hygiene Laws.
· All relevant due diligence and other Company compliance is completed at the required times
· Manage property maintenance issues
· Attend and take an active role in brand roadshows and other workshops

Pay: £37,500.00-£40,000.00 per year
